Renovation

One needs three things for the renovation of systems: experience, experience and more experience. Good thing then that Valstar Simonis has precisely that. In creating new buildings the main question is which installations to fit. In renovations, however, there are three questions rather than one: what’s in it now, what needs to be added and how do we match the two? Mere technical knowledge alone is not enough to answer these questions. Experience and creativity, that’s what it’s all about. Actually, there is a fourth question, too: how do we organise the entire process? This questions is often even harder to answer than the first three. Buildings often remain with the company. More than sixty years of experience has taught us that the execution is just as important as the technology itself, perhaps even more so.
