Valstar Simonis is certified as an Energy Performance Consultancy bureau. In this the bureau fulfils the demands made of consultants by the VROM (Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environmental Management) in relation to the EPA label and EPA made-to-measure advice for residences and utility buildings. Only certified companies are allowed to issue such an advice. Based on past experiences, however, Valstar Simonis is accustomed to going much further when advising on energy policies. We choose to do so for the merit of the customer (money is saved during the exploitation phase) and not simply because of our own social responsibility. A consultant like Valstar Simonis is the pre-eminent party to translate the effects of the objectives of the European Commission into a well considered and detailed energy conservation advice.
